Shipping & Return Policy (USA & Canada)
At Zempire Camping, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery, shipping times, and returns for customers in the United States and Canada.
Delivery Information
We partner with UPS for all U.S. and Canadian shipments. Typical delivery timeframes are 1–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and order size.
Duties Included for Canada
All orders shipped to Canada from our Seattle warehouse are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total—Canadian customers will not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
Zempire USA Inc. ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to other U.S. territories or non-contiguous areas, including Guam, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages. Please check each parcel against the packing slip included with your delivery.
By placing an order, you authorize Zempire USA Inc. and our courier partners to leave parcels at the delivery address you provide (“Authority to Leave”), whether the address is attended or unattended. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, the risk of loss or theft passes to you. Zempire is not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses or for parcels removed or stolen after delivery. For safest delivery, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the order.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Typical delivery times via UPS are:

Canada: 2–7 business days from dispatch (depending on customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, courier delays, or customs clearance processes.
Return Policy
Items incorrectly dispatched or damaged in transit
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@zempirecamping.com.
Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Out of stock items
We strive to keep our online inventory accurate. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, one of our team members will contact you promptly to discuss available options such as a replacement, backorder, or refund.
Change of mind returns for online sales
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return or cancel your order under the conditions below.
After Dispatch:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Goods remain the property and responsibility of the purchaser until received and inspected by Zempire USA Inc.

Freight charges are non-refundable.

A $50 restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Before Dispatch:
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of both the product and freight charges. A $50 restocking and processing fee will apply to cover administrative and transaction costs already incurred.
Return exceptions
- Final sale items - Special orders, Final Run Items, Restored Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for change of mind returns.
- Damaged gear - The Zempire return policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
- Product defects - If your item has a manufacturing defect, a warranty claim must be submitted. Items with defects in materials or workmanship are not eligible for return without an approved warranty claim.
- Past abuse of our return policy - In the rare event that Zempire determines there has been an abuse of the Return Policy, we will not accept a return or exchange, even within 30 days of purchase, in order to ensure that every return or exchange is handled with fairness and protects the integrity of our customers.
